California Coastal Commission Photography Contest Call for Entries. The commission's second annual amateurs' photography competition is accepting entries on the themes of California's scenic coast; people and the coast; and coastal wildlife. Monterey Museum of Art--Civic Center The Art of Polaroid Transfer. Class.
