Young Artist Contest

COUNTYWIDE—To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, Union Bank of California and Staples are hosting a young artist contest open to all ethnicities. Winners will be selected from two age categories, 12 to 15 and 16 to 18. First-place winners and their schools will each receive $1,000. Second- and third-place winners receive $500 and $250.
