Oh. Crab cakes on mixed greens, asparagus, sweet corn and mushrooms in a lime-chipotle vinaigrette? No, no: give me the seared rare ahi tuna on young spinach and sesame noodles in a soy-lemon vinaigrette. And the lamb tenderloin. No, the achiote prawns. No, the chili-crusted chicken breast. No, the duck, with the Cabernet-raspberry glaze. Yeah. Whew. This is hard work. But somebody’s gotta do it.
