“It’s not that people don’t care about the earth,” Russo says, “it’s just that they don’t know there’s a problem.

“I think the most rewarding thing for me is to talk to visitors at the Aquarium and hand them a SeafoodWatch card. If I can explain to one person about eating sustainable seafood, then I feel I’ve made a difference.”
