Park It: I would tell the politicians to build a nice big park with shady trees, benches and no geese.

A: Marina needs a nice restaurant for past 9pm – the choice is Jack in the Box. There’s no social club, no dancing, it’s too quiet.

Live a Little: Make it more alive with business. Don’t be afraid to try a club. The Ramada Inn is probably a nice place, but people need a reason to stay.
