Senate leader returns gag gift from Guv.

Apparently the "girlie men" backlash didn't teach Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger his lesson.

The L.A. Times reports Sen. Darrell Steinberg returned a gag gift from Schwarzenegger: a metal sculpture of bull testicles, with a note saying the senate president "would need them to make some tough budget choices" as lawmakers struggle to fill the $24 billion budget gap.

Maybe chocolate chip cookies would have been a better choice.
