Sound description: Zydeco-bluesman Alligator grew up on the Choctaw Reservation located in between the Louisiana and Texas border. Alligator, a Vietnam vet and former bull rider, made his home in Monterey in 1990. When he first moved to the Peninsula he played the Monterey Brewing Company and Sly McFly’s on a regular basis. In between Alligator’s renditions of covers and original tunes, he tells blue stories to his highly entertained audiences.
