Sound description: Candyflip are a young Salinas rock quintet featuring keyboardist/pianist Colin St. John and charismatic lead singer Steven Sams, who spends as much time singing from the crowd as he does from a place onstage. Their "Twist" is fuzzy rock with synth sounds, while "Spy Satellite" is a nice slab of choppy garage rock with plenty of organ.
