Sound description: Like his primary influence, Led Zeppelin, classic rocker Gabriel Goldrain manages a sound that is both hard driving and soothing. Goldrain is a skilled guitarist and vocalist who writes lyrics that promote spiritual values, leading one fan to label his music, “cosmic rock.” Guitar solos showcase Goldrain’s deft talent on his two CDs, "2012" and "Gabriel." He is backed by local Dennis Murphy on bass (bass player on Acoustic Alchemy’s Grammy-nominated album, Arcanum) and Richard Bryant, of the Santa Cruz-based White Album Ensemble, on backup vocals and keys.
