Description

Sound description: Still a teenager, local singer/songwriter Lauren Shera has already had an impressive music career. Since beginning her career by performing at Juice 'N Java's open mic night, Shera has recorded two folk albums and opened for acts including Phil Lesh and Jason Mraz. Her biggest feat yet has been performing at the sold-out Bob Dylan tribute concert at New York City's Lincoln Center in November of 2006. There, Shera played "Don't Think Twice, It's Alright" with a little help from Gov't Mule guitarist Warren Haynes.
