Sound description: Sweetfire blends genres from the British Isles and America ranging from folk-rock to jazz. The violin/viola, vocal duo often plays the coffee shops in Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel. Both women attribute Sweetfire’s 2005 creation to “a mutual resonance with Celtic music.”
