Free Admission Week at the Monterey Museum of Art

This week only, the Miniatures collection plus an installation by Christel Dillbohner entitled "Skimming the Surface," scenes of Old West by Ralph K. Davies and the Monterey Museum of Art's extensive permanent collection of over 15,000 paintings, photographs, Asian Ceramics and more can all be seen for free, at both locations, until the end of 2007. The Monterey Museum of Art was established in 1959, as a chapter of the American Federation of the Arts, in order to display and preserve West Coast artists and in particular, artists active on the Monterey Peninsula.
