Look out: each band only has 15 minutes to work the crowd into a state of pandemonium. It’s time to hear some riffs, licks and what ever tricks these musicians can perform. Then,Central California critics and talent buyers judge the ten blues bands as they for a slot in the 23rd Monterey Blues Festival in 2008. Only the top three bands make the cut, but the 1st place finisher goes to Memphis to play in the International Blues Challenge.[PW]
