Jill Jackson’s Jambalaya Jubilee show joins the Journey shared in all our lives, with “A Long Drink of Silence, a Banquet for the Soul,” featuring local author Jackson herself doing her autobiographical one-woman performance. The show combines her own life experiences, with the common experiences of others, in humorous anecdotes, dance and musical interludes. (And hopefully everyone gets a nice dose of alliteration as well.) [CH]
