The City of Salinas is down with youth culture and really up on thangs. Their Youth Commission rolls out a battle of the bands line-up that includes some pretty underground acts from middle to high school, meaning it should all go down fresh and surprising. Bands include Dali, Berlin Rose, Accion Terrorista, Electric Messiah, Only the Brave, Population 5 and Skyway View. Security is on hand to insure the only thing people trip on is the amazing music and not some colors or sets.
