A major adjunct to the Big Sur Marathon takes place at the Monterey Conference Center in this expo that features over 60 vendors promoting everything from running gear to nutrition to information. Free race clinics on Saturday bring to audiences renowned athletes Bart Yasso, Dean Karnazes, Jeff Galloway and others. This assembly dedicated to health and fitness is just what the doctor ordered for America's swelling girth.
