With a couple trumpet players, a baritone sax man, a trombonist and a guy blowing straight sax, The Houserockers' horn section alone could fill a stage and get a crowd moving. But combine that robust collection of horns with a five piece band and you get richer takes of bar band classics like Sam & Dave's "Soul Man" and the Doobie Brothers' "China Grove." Tonight the Los Gatos based rock and soul group make their Sly McFly's debut. [ST]
