Monterey Public Library presents a sampling of Monterey County's diverse literary soil in this book signing by three local authors. Dan Linehan's SpaceShip One: An Illustrated History chronicles the development and launch of the first commercial spacecraft; tickets to the final frontier, at $200,000, are going fast. Michael Hemp's novel The Nadjik Pheromone tells the story of a new CSI technology (gas chromatography mass spectrometer). Nancy Raven's Wuzzie Comes to Camp is a touching reminiscence of a Paiute Indian woman who comes to a kids' summer camp to impart her wisdom.
