The Hospice Foundation's fundraising efforts culminate at the end of the year with a series of four lightings (each light dedicated in someone's memory) of the 2,500-bulb Tree of Life and performances. Dates and venues include 5:30pm Dec. 11 at the Steinbeck Center (One Main Street, Salinas) with the Salinas High School A Cappella and Bel Canto Girls Choir; 5:30pm Dec. 12 at Veteran's Memorial Plaza (649 San Benito St., Hollister) with Oriana Chorale; 5pm Dec. 14 at Rabobank (532 Broadway, King City) with the King City Jazz Band and two worship musical groups; and 5:30pm, Dec. 16 at the Monterey Conference Center (One Portola Plaza, Monterey) with the Carmel High School Concert Choir and Chamber Singers.
