A coalition of Links, Inc., NAACP's Monterey chapter and the Seaside Art Commission bring together an exhibit of art that celebrate and comment on the black American experience. Iconic works by artists Jody Gulley, Kenji, Sandra Grey and Kevin Garnett (the Seaside high coach, not the NBA baller) grace the cozy hallways of Seaside City Hall through February.
