During the second annual Monterey County Celtic week, instructors of snare, bass drumming, tenor and piping converge in Pebble Beach to teach players of all ages and experience levels. A free, public concert held July 2 from 7:00-9:00pm in the Stevenson School auditorium exhibits the work of instructors from Scotland and the United States.
