Smack dab in the middle of the week, Jose's puts on a trio of high energy punk bands. 12 Steps to Nothing, from San Jose, do punk that's brash and fast, and their "Softly" is a big, bad song that with arena-size guitars. Motorpunx are rockabilly without any brakes. Riverside's No Dice put garage rock and rockabilly to songs like "BoozeBroadsHotrods," which pretty much says it all.
