Every Friday till October, Pacific Grove throws its fedora into the classic car arena with the "Rats to Riches" showcase of souped up, tricked out, pre-1973 cars. Trophies and prizes should lure restored and preserved specimens of automotive beauty from the depths of county garages everywhere, while CKlive music, a raffle and something intrigingly named a "Poker Walk" revs up P.G.'s latest downtown shindig.
4pm/ cars arrive; 5pm/show starts. Pacific Grove, Lighthouse Avenue and Forest, Pacific Grove. Free to attend. 643-2200 or 212-4492.
