Staff Players Repertory Company concludes their '07-'08 season on with a trio of high notes. This festival--over the course of three weekends--brings a number of one-act plays by master playwrights Sir James Barrie, Thornton Wilder and Anton Chekhov. May 2-4 opens with "A Well Remembered Voice," another tale about childhood from Barrie, the writer of Peter Pan. It's followed by Chekhov's marriage farce "The Marriage Proposal." May 9-11 stages "The Happy Journey to Trenton and Camden" by Wilder, writer of the popular Our Town, and "The Marriage Proposal." May 16-18 brings all three works to the stage for an eclectic, trifecta finale, brought to life by newcomers and veteran actors. [WR]
