Protest is one of the cornerstones of democracy. But how to do it? Why? And should you pack a lunch? These questions (minus one) are covered in a workshop, based on Gandhi and Martin Luther King's models, is called Non-Violent Direction Action Workshop--an "action" referring in this case to civil disobediance. This is training for the job of protecting democracy; it translates dissent into...action.
