Renaissance man Taelen Thomas is accompanied by musicians Mike and Clay McCurdy in an evening of Songs Worth Stealing, Music and Stories from Along the Road. The program includes stories, verse and music devoted to folk and early blues traditions. Thomas is a unique entertainer, poet, actor, orator and impersonator who leads an interesting life. He was a middleweight boxer in the '60's, has a philosophy degree from Stanford, has taught at Monterey Peninsula and Cabrillo colleges and is a founding member of acclaimed Stone Circle of Oral Poets in Michigan.
