The Smashing Pumpkins' "Tonight, Tonight" would make a good soundtrack to the cinematic magic conjured by the Big Sur International Short Film Festival. Tonight, by the way, the films hail from Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, and from our own hemisphere, the U.S. How's this plot, from Spain's Equipajes, for intrigue: "Two passengers agree on a sexually charged bet while waiting for their luggage."
