The Panetta Institute is continuing its Lecture Series of visiting bigwigs with a panel discussion about the topic on everybody’s mind: “Can the Economy Recover From This Recession?’’ Participants include Alice Rivlin, former director of the Office of Management and Budget and Jim Nussle, former director of the OMB and former chair of the U.S. House of Representatives Budget Committee.
