Gravy is good. Gravy is great. Gravy should be its own food group. And, given all the turkeys (a full 100), onions and seemingly endless sacks of potatoes of this event, all the generosity that has made it go for 24 years, and all the gnawing hunger it vanquishes and smiles it sparks, this event feels a lot like a warm pool of gravy on an unforgettable decade. Donations of time, money, turkey or ham are still very much welcome. As is another splash of gravy. [MCA]
