Presented by the Humanist Association of the Monterey Bay Area, this film gives a historical perspective on war, specifically how administrations of both political parties have used deception and media complicity to goad the American people into war. Narrated by Sean Penn, special emphasis is paid to parallels between the Vietnam and Iraq wars. This is an introduction to war propaganda meant to transcend partisan politics.
