Power isn't the only thing that coarses through Seaside's City Hall. For Black History month, an exhibit of several artists infuses the Walter Lee Avery Gallery with pride, history and artistry. Kenji's "Jubilee 1" is African, cubist and colorful all at once. Together with artists Jody Gulley and Princess Simpson Rashid, the exhibit receives a reception stocked with music and "gooood" eating. [WR]
3-6:30pm. Avery Gallery, Seaside City Hall, 440 Harcourt Ave., Seaside. Free to attend. 899-6800, 899-6811.
