Sweet teeth: equip for the ultimate fulfillment. Wine lovers: prepare your palates. The Friends of the Monterey Library hosts their Chocolate and Wine Tasting Benefit, featuring a variety of wines from local vineyards and desserts (candies, brownies, fondue and ice cream) from local restaurants, bakeries and individual donors. It’s indulgence and generosity with all proceeds benefiting the Library. Let’s not forget to mention the music, a silent auction, door prizes and the announcement the Chocolate Cookie Backing Contest. Must be 21 to attend.
