“Let your mind wander to the nitty gritty” will be the theme as the Octopi Collective gets carnal in downtown Monterey. This collaborative group of artists is celebrating their anniversary by showing off their latest work. Margo Mullen is set to show off a brilliant display of new water colors. She is joined by the provocative works of local artists: J.R. Uretsky, Nic Coury, K*, Taylor Hawthorne, Michelle Magdalena Maddox, and Paul Van De Carr. Rumor has it that the after party begins shortly after 9:30pm at Jose’s Lounge Underground. With music from the likes of Leopold and His Fiction, Aircrash, and Super Lucky Elephants.
