Jackie Greene is a young California singer/songwriter who has wowed local audiences at the Monterey Jazz Festival and the Sunset Center. Tim Bluhm is one of the two principal players in the revered California rock band The Mother Hips. The two combine forces in The Skinny Singers, where they do blues goofs like "Baby's Got a Mustache" and '60s rock raveups including "Dirty Pharmacy." San Francisco singer/songwriter Niki Bluhm and Bay Area sextet Big Light, which features ALO's Steve Adams, opens. [ST]
