Billed as an opportunity for young filmmakers to "see their work on a screen bigger than YouTube," this film festival, put on by CSUMB's Teledramatic Arts and Technology Department, is soliciting submissions from 13- to 19-year-olds. Categories include narrative, documentary, animation, experimental and music videos. CSUMB students organize and judge the entries and the whole event steeps young people in the world of film.
