The husband and wife team of Tim and Frances Tompkins have performed with El Teatro for a decade on productions like the annual Christmas show, and with Los Pollos de San Juan at the Gavilan College Gav Fest. The classically trained duo--he on cello, guitar and piano, she on violin--have branched out to folk, rock and jazz. They're joined in this two-day musical concert by Daniel Valdez (brother of Luis), Jan Luby, the San Juan Singers and special guest Bingo the junk-store robot, with instruments ranging from guitarron, ethnic percussion and woodwinds to a washboard.
