Wish you were here is an appropriate idea when the Pink Floyd experience returns to Big Sur with House of Floyd, a tribute band so close with the intoxicating sights and sounds of the original group that you feel you're back in time. Floyd fans who attended last summer's remember an entire second set of "Dark Side of the Moon." Tonight, House of Floyd takes on the daunting task of playing the emotionally heavy, double-disc concept album "The Wall." House of Floyd offers the highest tribute to the original by accurately recreating all of the nuanced musical complexity and powerful visual imagery of the original music. The result of this attention to detail is a total Floyd production: music, lights, lasers and video, and all within the earthy comforts of the Henry Miller Library. [BP]
