Paul Ogata has been rising in the comedy world since the 5-foot-5-ish Japanese-American gave up a basketball career track. He was crowned 2004's "Funniest Asian-American Comedian" in the U.S. Then, in 2007, he won the heated San Francisco International Comedy Competition. Coming soon: film, TV, appearances and albums.
