The storied Smuin Ballet company tops its 15th satellite season at Sunset Center with a trilogy of dance programs this weekend. The suite St. Louis Woman: A Blues Ballet was called "gorgeous entertainment" by the New York Times. Try McIntyre's The Naughty Boy!, about Cupid's dalliance with four couples, is set to Mozart's "Violin Concerto in G Major." Michael Smuin's Bouquet is a Pas de Deux set to music by Shostakovich and depicts a woman dancing around three suitors. A wine and chocolate reception with the dancers and directors follows Friday's performance. [WR]
