Comedian Darren Carter used to be known as Darreno Cartero during his cholo days despite being a Caucasian redhead. He’s convinced that Snoop Dogg’s chill mannerisms would be a welcome respite during depressing television news. He has his own rap theme song. And he’s balding. The comedian covers all this and more at during this diverse night of comedy MC’d by Sebastian Cetina and featuring Christopher “Kid” Reid of 90’s group Kid ‘n Play. The formerly high-top faded artist comments on the state of hip hop and cracks on his mixed heritage (Irish and Jamaican): “We smoke and drink”.
