Day Camp at Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History

Monday through Friday, June 22-26, the museum hosts a day camp suited for kids 8-11 that runs through various natural sciences each day. They include, in order: bird study with Santa Lucia Nature Conservancy, including a bird walk with binocs and dissection of owl pellets to see what they've eaten; hands-on plant activities; marine life, including a dissection of a Humbolt squid; Native-American games, crafts and music with author Nancy Raven; and fossils.
