An auction and fund raiser is taking place to help pay for Chelsea Bates's senior year at York School in Monterey. Bill's work—most notably cartoons based on Carmel's people and visitors and other artwork donated by Carmel Art Association members—will be included in the action. Refreshments and a reception will follow.
