Peter Hiller, Curator of the Jo Mora Trust Collection, reads from his new book "When I Get Wound Up Writing I'm a Bad Article to Squelch" The Written Words of Jo Mora. Joseph Jacinto Mora (1876-1947) was an artist, historian, adventurer and author who spent time living with Hopi and Navajo tribes, recording their lives and learning their languages. He lived in California in 1903 and then, after his sojourn with the Native Americans in Arizona, from 1907 until the end of his life, including the Monterey area from 1920 on. Copies of the book are available for sale and this event includes a book-signing by the author. [JF]
