Wow. Is it that time of month already? Seems like just days ago when folks gathered at the hip and historical La Mirada to drink Blazer Wilkinson wine and beer, munch on Monterey Plaze Hotel & Spa catered hors d'oeuvres (the smoked salmon on cucumber rounds went fast) amidst fine art and chatty crowds exhanging business cards and loose talk. DJ Teeto was spinning some fine tracks. On the way out, there was a singing recital at the piano in the sitting room. Fine night, indeed. And free, might I add. [WR]
