This black-tie optional affair serves up hors d'oeuvres and a silent auction and raffle before seguing into a dinner of Chicken Chasseur, Fillet of Petrale Sole or the Embassy Eiffel Tower Vegetarian dish, along with an array of fine wines and fruit tart. Afterwards, the Clicktrax Studios Jazz Orchestra churns smooth music to dance the night away. Even better, all proceeds benefits the John XXIII HIV/AIDS services. Pretty classy.
