Gawande's newest book, Complications: A Surgeon's Notes on an Imperfect Science, is the topic of discussion at the Nonfiction Book Club's free and open gathering today at the Bingham Room of Sunset Center. Gawande is a Harvard Medical School grad and writer for the New Yorker.
