It's a barnyard extravaganza! There are five different categories for this clash of cloven hooves. Heifers face off under the watchful eye of judge Dave Dillabo, who also evaluates the steers. Russell Pedrett appraises whether swine be crude or fine. Bearded goats and wooly sheep strut their stuff before Ken Watje. Friday includes a weigh in for all and a health check for sheep and goats, and the "Livestock Exhibitor Experience". Saturday holds the actual livestock shows and judging. [JF]
