Lucy is a four-year-old girl afflicted with emotional problems owing to her parents' divorce. To cope, she does what many children do--create an imaginary friend. But "friend" might be too generous to describe Lucy's made-up Mr. Marmalade--a distant businessman who beats his imaginary personal assistant, snorts cocaine and has a porno fetish, thanks to Lucy's free reign of TV in the absence of good parenting. Playwright Noah Haidle's modern, dark, funny and daring play is in the right hands at Paper Wing Theatre. [WR]
