New Art Exhibit at Carmel Art Association

Prominent local artists Mark Farina, who will be showing new oils on canvas painted on location in the Monterey Peninsula, along with still lifes, and Alica Meheen, who paints primarily on location, will be exhibiting their work at the Carmel Art Association. The May Gallery Showcase also will be featuring figurative oil paints by Reed Farrington, Keith Lindberg and Rip Matteson. The opening reception for the artists is Saturday; May 16 holds a free painting demonstration by Farina, Maheen, Dick Crispo and Gerard Martin; a silent auction of a Meheen watercolor is open May 7-17.
