The F-word has done it again. Justice Scalia's deciding vote sent a clear message six months ago for the television industry to clean up their mouths when speaking and is the theme of this years "moot court." Since 1986 this court has presented informative debates on law and brings together appelate court Justices, 4th year Law students and the U.S Constitution this year to discuss the recent regulation of cable television to eliminate speech that is deemed "harmful."
